Our Skills Bootcamps in the Solent region are designed to equip individuals, employees and business owners with practical skills to support business growth and wider personal career development. Both Bootcamps cover the fundamentals needed to build your knowledge, fast-track your skills and develop an overall strategy.
The training that is available:
Skills Bootcamp sessions will be delivered across a 10 week time-frame mostlly online by experienced tutors – additional top-up training and support will also be provided.

Eligibility
Skills Bootcamps are available to residents and anyone working or intending to work in the Solent region.
We also have Skills Bootcamps running in Hampshire, Cornwall and Devon, and the West of England so if you live in these areas, click here for more information.
How are these Skills Bootcamps funded?
*Solent Growth Partnership has successfully secured funding from the Department for Education (DfE) to support the running of Skills Bootcamps in the Solent region, with employers contributing either 10% or 30% of the training costs, depending on their circumstances. This funding will boost the Solent’s workforce, ensuring employers have access to new talent, and individuals acquire the skills to get the type of jobs that they aspire to.
