Our Skills Bootcamps in the Hampshire region are designed to equip both individuals and employers with practical skills to support business growth and career development. The Business Development & Sales Skills Bootcamp has been designed to fast-track your confidence, strengthen your selling skills, and help you build a robust strategy to grow your business or build your career.
Funding and Contributions
Skills Bootcamps are fully funded for unemployed and self-employed learners.
Employer contributions apply for businesses:
- Large employers contribute 30% of the course cost
- Employers contribute 10% of the course cost

We currently offer the following Skills Bootcamp in the Hampshire region:
There will be 10 Skills Bootcamp sessions in total, delivered via a blended format with some in-person sessions and the majority delivered online via Zoom.

Eligibility
Skills Bootcamps are available to residents and anyone working or intending to work in the Hampshire region.
We also have Skills Bootcamps running in Solent, Cornwall and Devon, and the West of England.
How are these Skills Bootcamps funded?
The Skills Bootcamps are part of the UK Government’s Lifetime Skills Guarantee, helping everyone gain skills for life. They are funded and managed by the Department for Education, Hampshire County Council, and delivered by YTKO.
