YTKO has been shortlisted for two categories in the Institute of Economic Development (iED) Annual Awards 2025, recognising outstanding achievement and innovation in economic development across the UK.
The iED Annual Awards celebrate excellence in economic development through a series of individual, team and organisational categories spanning leadership, innovation, collaboration and impact. This year saw a record-breaking number of entries, with finalists selected from across the public and private sectors.
YTKO has been named a finalist in:
- Most Innovative Project of the Year – for the Solent Digital Marketing Skills Bootcamps, delivered in partnership with Solent Partners. The Bootcamps have supported hundreds of learners and SMEs to upskill in digital marketing, tackle regional skills shortages, and drive business growth through innovation.
- Outstanding Impact – for the Haringey High Growth Business Programme, delivered in partnership with Haringey Council. This pilot programme provided intensive growth support to local businesses, achieving exceptional results in job creation, business resilience and economic impact, and setting a benchmark for future UK growth initiatives.
The winners will be announced at the iED Awards Dinner on 25th November 2025 at The Lowry Hotel, Manchester, following the iED Annual Conference themed “Good Growth: Driving the UK economy with investment in our regions and communities”. The conference will feature a line-up of high-profile speakers, including Andy Burnham, Mayor of Greater Manchester; Sarah Longlands, Chief Executive of CLES; and Catherine Holmes, Assistant Director – North, Homes England.
