Delivered by YTKO, a trusted local organisation with over 10 years’ experience supporting young people in Cambridgeshire & Peterborough and funded by the Cambridge and Peterborough Combined Authority, this programme is designed around your needs, real life experience, and relevant know-how.
Who this programme is for
This programme is for you if you are:
- Aged 18–21
- Living in Cambridgeshire or Peterborough
- Not currently in education, employment or training — or at risk of becoming NEET
- Feeling unsure about work, money or your future
- Interested in earning independently, being your own boss, or building skills for work
You don’t need:

❌ Confidence (we’ll help you build it)

- A skills & confidence diagnostic
- Enterprise training (3-day course)

You don’t have to do everything at once — we build the pathway with you.
