Project Administrator – Cambridgeshire & Peterborough

We’re now looking for a Project Administrator to support all aspects of our prestigious Cambridge and Peterborough high growth support programme.

Our Project Administrator will have a range of responsibilities and sit at the heart of the project team, doing whatever it takes to further the success of the project and of YTKO and deliver agreed contractual activity and outputs on time and on budget. 

We are looking for a candidate with strong experience in using CRM systems particularly for report building.  You will have key responsibility in ensuring our Hubspot CRM system is accurately and fully populated with client data, looking for opportunities to make improvements to increase the efficiency and richness of our reporting. This includes the checking of enrolment forms, gathering and inputting of output evidence, and ongoing monitoring to ensure that clients have regular engagement with the service.

You will be required to deliver an excellent level of service at all times to clients, subcontractors, stakeholders and funders, as well as building and maintaining strong working relations with a range of intermediaries and partners.

Strong organisational skills are required to effectively coordinate the delivery schedules for the team and preparing materials for workshops and meetings. You will also provide support to our marketing team, setting up online or face-to-face events, booking venues, managing attendees, promotion of the events on Eventbrite and arranging event marketing collateral. 

You will be first point of contact for all telephone and email enquiries from partner organisations, referral networks and prospective clients, including working closely with our Growth Hub team.You’ll also be responsible for enrolling clients after they have completed their initial diagnostic, providing them with access to our e-learning support and initiating their first 1:1 business review meeting with one of our Growth Advisors.

Salary:
£28,000 - £30,000 p.a. depending on skills and experience

Full time, permanent.
