We are looking for an exceptional Programme Director-Cambridge/Peterborough to manage our major Growth Coaching contract, part of Growth Works, focused on unlocking the potential of, and accelerating existing, high growth businesses, in the local area. This post reports directly into to the Chief Executive.
Key to our success is the experience and expertise in our teams. The Programme Director-Cambridge/Peterborough must epitomise all the things that make YTKO special – really have that “magic dust”. You’ll thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving internal and external environment with considerable autonomy, and have the ability to stay calm and maintain great performance even when under pressure. There are several components to the Growth Coaching service-line and you’ll need to be adept at ensuring all are delivering seamlessly.
You’ll be driven by making a difference for clients, and to continuing our long track record of unique achievement in our public sector contracts.
You’ll have a strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively, coupled with demonstrable experience in running a business, discrete business unit with P&L responsibility, or significant senior business support experience, and underpinned with a proven track record of robust project and operational management.
At the same time, you’ll also need to be able to get down into the weeds to ensure that utilisation rates, performance quality, data integrity and so on are first class, and be part of the client-facing team delivering services to our high growth businesses when called on.
You’ll be an effective team leader able to engender commitment, loyalty and exceptional performance from the team so that stretch outputs and outcomes are achieved on time and on budget. You’ll also enjoy and be highly skilled at building and maintaining strong stakeholder and partner relationships and managing political situations.
You will be a confident and articulate public speaker, an enthusiastic ambassador for the project, the region’s businesses, and for YTKO. You’ll have a can-do, hands-on approach, highly motivated, confident and articulate, with drive, integrity, passion and entrepreneurialism in equal measure.
