YTKO supports businesses through the whole cycle of growth, from pre-start and start-up to sustainability and growth, via a blend of branded services. We have secured funding to deliver growth support to SME businesses in Devon as part of a generous grant programme that successful clients can use for the purchase of new equipment, expertise and services as part of their ambitious start-up / growth plans.
We are now looking for a Partnership Manager – Construction to support an exciting project relating to construction training and the supply chain improvement through skills and employment. The project you will be working on is called Digital Enablement for Small and Medium Enterprises (DESME). This is a European Social Fund (ESF) programme to address the leadership and digital skills issues, which are undermining the construction sector, across the transition area of the Heart of the SW region. As a project, we will be engaging with SME and micro construction businesses to better understand the barriers to investing in leadership and digital training.
A key role in the project, you will help to engage stakeholders in the construction sector to run events, speak at supply chain workshops and help coordinate YTKO’s network of partners to make sure that we raise the profile of the project across Devon. Our project partners: Devon County Council and Cosmic will be working with YTKO to deliver training and skills resources to benefit local SME trades.
