YTKO provides innovative, award-winning business and finance support for start-ups and for growth-ambitious SMEs in both the public and private sector. We are now looking for exceptional people for a significant expansion of our growth support team in the Cambridge and Peterborough region following a high-profile contract win.
Our success is down to the business credibility of our teams. Reporting to the Marketing Manager and liaising closely with our central marketing team and other partners’ marketing colleagues, the Digital Marketer will be responsible for all aspects of our digital presence.
You’ll develop and monitor digital campaigns integrating web, social and email, as well as manage the project’s social media platforms, particularly maximising reach through Twitter and LinkedIn, engaging in business, special interest groups and sector networks. You’ll identify the latest relevant trends and digital channels, monitor web traffic and social followers, likes and retweets, and helping us build a strong online brand.
As the Digital Marketer, you’ll be responsible for planning and developing videos, infographics, blogs, thought pieces and other compelling digital content for our target audience of growth-ambitious SMEs, and the various segments within that constituency.
This role is for someone who is a real hands-on self-starter, with great interpersonal skills, who is looking to take the next step in their career working for a creative, successful and technophile company like ours.
You’ll be an enthusiastic, highly motivated, entrepreneurial team player, well organised, confident and articulate. You’ll really enjoy being part of a cohesive, focused team and be driven by achieving high quality results, working at pace, hands-on in a fast-moving environment – being as entrepreneurial as our clients. Personal and cultural fit, and future potential, are every bit as important as your track record.
The YTKO Group is an equal opportunity employer, and positively welcomes applications from all candidates fulfilling the job requirements, regardless of race, age, gender, sexual orientation, religion or disability.
