Administrator – GetSet for Growth Coast to Capital

YTKO supports businesses through the whole cycle of growth, from pre-start and start-up to sustainability and growth, via a blend of branded services. We have secured funding to deliver Access to Finance support to SME businesses through the Business Hothouse Programme in the Coast to Capital Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP). The scheme is funded by HM Government and the European Regional Development Fund. Our services in this contract will be offered under our GetSet for Growth brand.  We are looking for an Administrator to support the delivery of the Access to Finance strand of the programme.

GetSet for Growth is a specialist service tailored for small businesses with the potential and ambition for sustainable growth. It helps SMEs overcome the two biggest barriers to growth – generating sufficient profitable customers and accessing growth finance. GetSet provides practical strategic advice and support on markets and marketing, investment readiness, finance and business planning, through a range of workshops, 1:1 support and networking, again underpinned by a rich e-learning portal.  

Through the Access to Finance strand of the Business Hothouse Programme we offer a blend of 1:1 face-to-face support, group workshop facilitation and remote support to assist established businesses to grow and support them to access external finance from a variety of sources as appropriate.  

This new Administrator role will include data entry into our Client Record Management (CRM) system, supporting client monitoring activity, recording and managing documentation, data entry into contractual spreadsheets and online portals. It will also include filing, attending internal and external contractual meetings (Covid-19 restrictions permitting), managing the Eventbrite account as well as managing and arranging 1:1 meetings on behalf of the Programme Director.

This is an office support role ideally suited to someone with strong organizational skills who is comfortable working with computer systems and experienced in an office environment, with Microsoft Office fluency as a minimum. The successful candidate will have strong written/spoken English skills, will be able to demonstrate good attention to detail and be an efficient, accurate worker with a good attention to detail.
