Outset Herts Programme Review

YTKO was commissioned to provide intensive early enterprise support for individuals from under-represented enterprise groups, with a particular focus on people from disadvantaged and deprived segments of the population, unable or unaware of how to access mainstream services. This end of programme report provides an in-depth review of the outcomes, the methods adopted to engage with clients, and detailed client profiling.

Despite a shortened programme, Outset Herts met all targets and exceeded certain outputs, and succeeded in raising enterprise awareness in Hertfordshire’s most deprived wards. This success can be attributed to the grassroots approach of the programme, and the strong partnerships established within the existing support infrastructure in the county.
