YTKO Group consults on large-scale international women’s employment projects

As part of the 21-month €3.3m Turkish project in consortium with Deleeuw International and WYG International, YTKO Group will consult and advise on employment policy and conduct a labour market analysis for the Turkish employment organisation, İŞKUR, presenting Enterprising Women as ‘best practice’. This builds on another successful bid with WYG International Ltd in Croatia – a project to increase the employability of disadvantaged groups of women, assisting their access to the labour market.

Managing YTKO Group’s consulting, Virginie Vinel, Senior Consultant, said: “We are delighted to have the opportunity to present Enterprising Women as best practice internationally. Most of all, we are pleased to be able to support our partners in drawing on our extensive enterprise expertise to make a real difference in countries where women’s skills, talent and ideas are not being fully utilised and whose economies will really benefit from addressing the gender employment and self-employment gaps.”

YTKO Group is fast gaining international recognition for its enterprise expertise, with its highly acclaimed business support programmes assisting entrepreneurs from all sorts of business backgrounds at all stages of business.  From pre-start and start-up, through growth, collaboration and onto consulting for larger scale organisations, this wealth of expertise developed over thirty years since its inception in 1979 is being shared internationally, within Europe and beyond.
