Our Mission

In parallel with our successful commercial practice, YTKO embarked on an ambitious social mission to support 20,000 businesses across the UK, raise £50 million of finance and enable those clients to grow and create 10,000 news jobs, by 2020. 

We’re so proud that, thanks to our amazing team, we realised this goal a year early! We’re now looking forward to welcoming our 25,000th business to our client community, which has estimated collective sales of £2.16bn.

The independent evaluation of this social mission calculated a ten-fold return to the UK economy of more than £423m.

Our Four Core Values

Integrity is the second value we hold dear.  We’ve seen pretty much everything in over four decades of business, and sometimes it feels like integrity is an old-fashioned value.  But for us, it’s really important and key to our performance.

We really walk the talk on innovation, our third value.  We constantly seek unmet market needs and problems and address them with ground-breaking services which set new benchmarks well ahead of our competitors.  And we do that for clients too, again and again.
