The Enterprising Women mentorbank connects women entrepreneurs looking for one-to-one guidance and support to grow their businesses with a personal enterprise coach or mentor. Online searching of over 100 profiles facilitates best fit to clients’ needs.

The prospective mentee can select up to three potential mentors with whom to have an initial ‘get to know you’ conversation before deciding to proceed. Any information such as the initial planned timescale of the agreement, and aims of the mentoring is passed on to an Enterprising Women coordinator, who also keeps in touch during the process.

At the end of the agreed period the progress made during the mentoring relationship is reviewed, outcomes agreed, and celebrated. This marks the end of the formal engagement, and we ask both parties to complete a short form summarising what has been achieved, and what both parties have gained from the mentoring relationship.
