Georgette’s career spans more than 30 years, having started her working life in the banking sector with Barclays and includes management roles in the retail and consumer sector and more recently, senior European management roles in change management, customer relations and communication at Avon Cosmetics.

She is no stranger to challenge and change and brings extensive experience to her new role. Georgette is a highly entrepreneurial woman who has management consultancy experience.

Highly skilled in Organizational Development, Business Transformation, Change Management and Communications, Georgette believes in forging partnerships and coalitions and fostering a diversity of perspectives and ideas, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge to her new position.

Her passion for working with people to achieve real change and direction in their lives has been a guiding principle, creating opportunities that develop talent and inspire performance.
