Robin is a widely experienced and academically well qualified organisation development and change management specialist.
His academic qualifications began with a degree in economics, followed by a Masters in Personnel and Labour Relations. After several years working in personnel and management training he researched a PhD in Applied Psychology at Cranfield University, while lecturing on the MBA course on HR principles.
Robin is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (AFBPS) and a Chartered Psychologist.
He has a track record of designing and delivering major change and development programmes at the highest levels in the food, technology, financial services and pharmaceutical sectors.
Robin has particular experience in focussing on one of the least well managed aspects of the field – senior people and their assessment and development within rapidly changing environments.
He has worked with a wide range of SMEs and corporates including Bristol Myers-Squibb, British Sugar, Rhone Poulenc Group, KPMG, Glaxo Smith Kline, Elan Pharma, BP, ARM Ltd and Novartis Consumer Health.
